Air process heaters are powerful hot air units used in industrial and commercial processes. Air process heaters generate hot air up to 650 ºC with infinite control by varying the voltage and/or the air velocity. Construction

Aluminium or stainless steel body with brass or stainless steel fittings. Wide range of customisable options: sizes, styles, air flow, pressure rating, thermocouple, 230 V or 120 V. Smaller units are fitted with a tubing ‘T’ with fiberglass power lead outlet. Large units are supplied with screw and nut terminals within an enclosure.

Application

Typically used for: Precise heating for baking and drying products. Perfect heat and air control to activate adhesive for laminating and sealing. Consistent hot air for plastic welding and soldering. Pre-heating products and equipment for production.
