Thermofin elements provide a rugged, cost effective, and efficient solution for a wide range of air heating applications. Thermofin heating elements provide rapid and efficient heat transfer for natural convection or forced air heating. Vibration resistant at high air velocities. Custom design elements available on request.

Construction

The element has a standard metal sheath element with a mechanically bonded continuous spiral fin attached. Both are made from 304 stainless steel. Optional materials available on request: 316 stainless steel or Monel. Zinc plated bush mounting with M16 thread, nuts, and washers.

Application

Typically used for: Convection air heating in comfort heaters for domestic use. Instant heat from forced air heating such as fan heaters and heat pumps. Industrial process air heating.
